- The bread itself is gluten-free, but we're a small kitchen that also handles regular bread and paninis every day, so we can't promise a zero cross-contact environment. If you're coeliac, tell us when you order and we'll be careful — but we'd rather be honest than promise something we can't guarantee.

- +7k on any panini. Gluten-free ciabatta on breakfast plates is also +7k, and the gluten-free & vegan bagel is +7k.

- Every panini on the menu (70k–85k) can be made with gluten-free bread, breakfast ciabatta plates can be swapped to gluten-free ciabatta, and bagels have a gluten-free and vegan version. Poke bowls and salads are naturally bread-free.
